Have you played the Ghost Recon : Future Soldier beta yet?

Ghost Recon : Future Soldier’s beta started a couple days ago, grabbed my copy on Splinter Cell : Conviction for Xbox 360. Seems pretty wonky that I got stuck on loading screens the first couple days I tried to play it, finally get through today and it freezes up on lobby before the second match I played. Haha…jeez. May be cool if I could get multiple games in.

Anyways, the real point of this post is that I have 3 Xbox live codes still for the beta that runs until early May. Shoot me an e-mail at DGMpayne at gmail.com if you’re interested and I’ll see you on the battlefield…

UPDATE (4/23/12, 1:20am EST) : Got a couple responses already for beta codes right after posting this…down to 1 left now

Some good news… Prey 2 is still on the way, says Bethesda statement

Prey 2

…just not this year. Prey 2 has not been cancelled as early rumors had suggested, but the release date has been pushed back to next year.

The statement from Bethesda reads :

“Development of Prey 2 has not been cancelled but the game will not be released in 2012 as planned. The delay is due to the fact that game development has not progressed satisfactorily this past year, and the game does not currently meet our quality standard. Prey 2 has shown great promise and we regret disappointing our fans. We have made a substantial investment in game development to deliver the experience fans want. We are determined only to release the AAA game that fans rightfully expect, and are unwilling to compromise our quality standards to meet a release schedule.”

Must have been buggy as all shit  if it didn’t meet Bethesda’s “quality standard” (see: Brink, Fallout 3 + New Vegas, etc.) but still some good news nonetheless for likewise fans who thought the first was as cool as I did.
